3. New Business:

Discussion and approval of:

a. Selection of Property Manager for Meadow Gardens

b. Resolution to Project-Base 30 Vouchers at Meadow Gardens

c. Authorization to Set-Aside 6 units for Unhoused individuals and enter MOU with the Housing Collective

d. Affirm the procurement of A.P. Construction for Meadow Gardens demolition 

e. Resolution to accept the Community Investment Fund (CIF) grant 

f. Addition of the following language to NHA PBV Rent Reasonableness policy

g. Resolution to pay 25 Leonard Street back taxes with Colonial Village reserves

h. School Street Rent Increases

i. Stanley Construction, LLC to complete replacement of Main Avenue bathrooms, entry doors, and bathrooms at 20 West Avenue for a base bid price of $1,305,500.00

j. Amendment to travel policy re: nonexempt employees
