d. Ratify LOI to Opening Doors of Fairfield County for HUD Permanent Supportive Housing grant
e. Authorization to apply for HUD Permanent Supportive Housing grant

h. Revision to personnel policy re: Section 406: Education Assistance
i. Tuition assistance in the amount of $5,400 for Sheiree Powel to attend Sacred Heart University
Tuition assistance in the amount of $4,200 for Jill Murray to attend the University of Bridgeport.
j. Nan McKay HCV Specialist virtual training, with exam, for the three Section 8 Specialist, September 23-27, at a total cost of $4,050. This training is in response to the QAD audit findings.
k. Sherreida Reid and Nadine Delcin to attend the Greater Norwalk Chamber of Commerce "Norwalk Leadership Institute at a cost of $1750.
