Coordinated Access Network (CAN) Section 8 waiting list opens December 31,2024

The Housing Authority of The City of Norwalk will open its Section 8 waiting list beginning December 31, 2024 and will close when the desired number of applicants has been received. The waiting list is open strictly for chronically homeless families referred by the Coordinated Access Network (CAN). No other applications are being accepted at this time.
