The HCV Homeownership Program makes it possible by providing monthly assistance to help cover your mortgage and other housing costs. With the right support and guidance, you can take real steps toward long-term stability, independence, and owning a place to call your own.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be admitted to Housing Choice Voucher program

• Must be a first-time homebuyer

• Must meet minimum income and employment requirements

• Must complete housing counseling through a HUD housing counseling program

• Other program rules and requirements apply
